Terms of service

Service

Would AI Recommend samples AI answers to buyer questions to measure brand visibility. AI answers vary, and results may contain errors. We do not guarantee rankings, recommendations, revenue or completeness. You must verify material claims independently. Features and AI engines may change. The service is for business use by people aged 18 or over.

Subscriptions and trials

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually; annual pricing equals ten monthly payments. Starter and Growth include a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription you chose starts at the price shown at checkout and renews each period until cancelled. Agency has no trial. Manage or cancel any time in the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for partial periods or unused checks, except where the law requires it or the service was materially unavailable for your period. Contact hello@wouldairecommend.com within 14 days of a charge and we will review it. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a paid subscription. By starting a paid plan, you ask us to begin the service immediately, and a refund is reduced in proportion to the service already provided. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Acceptable use

Only submit public brand and category information you are authorised to submit. Do not submit sensitive personal data, abuse rate limits, attempt unauthorised access, attack the service or use it unlawfully. We may suspend abusive accounts. You keep the rights to your inputs and permit us to process them to provide the service.

Availability and liability

The service depends on third-party providers and may be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We will email account holders at least 30 days before a material change to these terms or to prices takes effect. You may cancel before it applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
