Questions, answered honestly
Which engines do you check?
Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite (Gemini 3.5 Flash as fallback), answering from model knowledge (no live web search) by default. ChatGPT and Perplexity are coming, with no launch date promised.
Is this a search ranking?
No. We sample generated AI answers, not Google search rankings or every possible buyer question.
Why can results change?
AI answers and search grounding are non-deterministic; prompt wording, model changes and source availability affect results.
How many questions are sampled?
A free check generates five buyer-intent questions for your category and country.
Does a score guarantee sales?
No. The score measures mentions, relative position and domain citations in this small sample, not traffic or revenue.
Can I cancel?
Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Access follows the subscription status returned by Stripe.
Is there a trial?
Starter and Growth offer a seven-day free trial; Agency is billed from day one. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Do you send emails?
Only one-time sign-in links, sent when you ask for them. No newsletters or marketing email.
Why are category pages missing?
We return 404 until at least five distinct real prompts within 45 days name at least three distinct brands.
What does a source domain mean?
It is a direct citation hostname, a safely resolved redirect destination or a domain-shaped title fallback; fallback is labelled and is not a verified destination.
When no answer in a report is grounded, the citation component does not apply: score = round(mean(mentioned ? 60 + 25 / position : 0) × 100 / 85). A first-position mention scores 100. If any answer is grounded, retain score = round(mean((mentioned ? 60 + 25 / position : 0) + (your domain cited ? 15 : 0))).
Does this use live search?
By default: Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite (Gemini 3.5 Flash as fallback), answering from model knowledge (no live web search). Ungrounded answers have no verified search citations. Reports show the actual engine, model and grounding status.
